Owner & Supervising Fiduciary
Emily owns Angelcare and serves as its supervising fiduciary. She stands behind every client's care: the visits, the court filings, the decisions that have to be right. She runs the practice from Arvada.
Julie Peter
Founder
Julie started Angelcare in Arvada in 2004 and built it over two decades into a practice families and courts rely on. She's known for showing up for the clients who had no one else, and she's helping carry the work forward.
