Privacy Policy
How we collect, use, and protect personal information, on our website and in our work.
Last updated: June 29, 2026
1. Who we are
Angelcare Colorado is a professional fiduciary practice based in Arvada, Colorado, serving the Denver metro since 2004. Angelcare Colorado is the operating name of Bellvue Management LLC. We act as power of attorney agent, conservator, personal representative, and case manager for seniors and others who can no longer manage the business of life on their own. This policy explains how we handle personal information.
2. What this policy covers
This policy describes the personal information we collect through this website, angelcarecolorado.com, and how we use and protect it. It also describes, in general terms, how we safeguard information about the people we serve. The detailed handling of a client's information is governed by our engagement, our duties as a fiduciary, and applicable law.
3. Information we collect
Information you give us
When you reach us through the form on our Contact page, we collect your name, email address, phone number if you choose to provide it, and the message you send. We use a third-party service, Web3Forms, to deliver those messages to us by email. If you email or call us directly, we keep what you share so we can respond and help.
Information collected automatically
Our website is hosted and protected by Cloudflare. When you visit, Cloudflare and our systems may process limited technical data, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you view, to deliver the site and keep it secure. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand general site traffic. It is privacy-first: it does not use cookies, it does not track you across other websites, and it reports aggregate visit data rather than individual profiles. Our pages load typefaces from Google Fonts; when your browser requests them, Google may receive your IP address as part of that request.
Cookies
This is a simple informational website. We do not use cookies to track you across other websites, and we do not use advertising cookies. Our website analytics are cookieless. Any cookies set are limited to what is needed to deliver and secure the site.
4. How we use information
We use the information we collect to respond to your inquiry, to provide and coordinate our services, to operate and secure our website, to keep the records our fiduciary duties and the law require, and to meet our legal obligations. We do not use your information for unrelated purposes.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. We share information only in these ways:
- With service providers who help us run the practice and the website, under terms that require them to protect it. These include our technology and email platform (Microsoft 365), our website host and security provider (Cloudflare), our contact-form delivery service (Web3Forms), and our accounting and invoicing system (QuickBooks Online by Intuit).
- When the law requires it, or to comply with a court order, subpoena, or the duties of our fiduciary appointments.
- To protect the rights, safety, or property of the people we serve, our practice, or others.
6. How we protect information
Protecting the people we serve is the heart of our work, and we hold our own information security to the same standard. We maintain a written information-security program consistent with the FTC Safeguards Rule, with a designated Qualified Individual who oversees it. Our controls include:
- Identity and access security on every system that holds personal information, using Microsoft Entra single sign-on, multi-factor authentication, and conditional access. We do not use shared logins.
- Encryption of information at rest and in transit.
- Least-privilege access, so each person can reach only the information their role requires.
- Oversight of the vendors who handle information on our behalf.
- Secure disposal of paper and electronic records once they are no longer needed.
We handle health information we receive with HIPAA-equivalent safeguards, even though we are not a HIPAA covered entity, and we meet Colorado's requirements for protecting personal identifying information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security. We work to protect your information and to respond quickly if a problem arises.
7. How long we keep information
We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes described here, and for as long as our fiduciary duties, the courts, and the law require. Some fiduciary and financial records must be kept for years after a matter closes. When information is no longer needed, we destroy it securely.
8. Please don't send sensitive details through the website
Our website form is not a secure channel for highly sensitive information. Please don't include Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, or medical details in the contact form. Tell us what's going on in general terms, and we'll gather what we need through a secure method.
9. Your privacy choices and rights
You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us to confirm what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to provide a copy. Colorado residents have these rights under the Colorado Privacy Act. To make a request, email us at team@angelcarecolorado.com or write to the address below. We may need to verify your identity before we act. If we deny your request, you may ask us to reconsider, and you may also contact the Colorado Attorney General. We will not treat you differently for exercising your rights. Some information tied to our fiduciary, court, or legal obligations may need to be kept even if you ask us to delete it.
10. Children's privacy
Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, please contact us and we will remove it.
11. Links to other sites
Our website may link to sites we don't operate. We aren't responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, and we encourage you to read their policies.
12. Information about the people we serve
When we act as a fiduciary, we receive and create sensitive information about our clients, their families, their finances, and their care. We treat all of it as confidential, share it only with those who have a legal need or right to it, and protect it under the security program described above and under our duties as a fiduciary. Confidentiality continues after our work for a client ends.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.
